Regina is a practicing wiccan who uses magic for self gain and mostly selfish reasons, she uses marijuana as a method of excelling her experience with magic, and her powers appear heightened when she is using, but this also makes her extremely dangerous. Regina is being blackmailed by Jessica to cast spells for her, the reason why is yet un known.
Regina has a softer side, but her reliance on drugs and her abuse of magic make her unpredictable, and it will be unclear for sometime whether she is a friend, or a foe to Riley and Bobbie.
